The promotional standard of the internet would appear to be VistaPrint, which seems to have different prices for things depending on how you hold your tongue while clicking “buy” on their web store.
I went from $99.95 regular price for 1000 postcards to something like $39.95 by clicking on a slightly different URL somewhere. A bit of searching turned up a page listing a bunch of good codes to use if you’re thinking of printing propaganda.
One note, though; I ordered these cards to be printed and shipped to an address in the United States that bears no relationship to the billing address on the VISA card used for payment. We had to do this so that they’d be available for use at Dragon*Con in Atlanta, ten days from now, so we had them sent in the name of a friend in the US. While I’m glad it wasn’t a hassle at all, I would have kind of appreciated a phone call or an email or some vague amount of identity verification…
