The show that I can’t admit to having legally watched is being renewed; if I would have enjoyed watching this show, I’m sure I would be very happy to see it coming back. Though, if I had indeed seen it, I would be hoping that the binge drinking episode wasn’t indicative of the quality to come.
FX has picked up a second season of Morgan Spurlock’s 30 Days. The renewal was almost assured, as the series “averaged 1.4 million viewers during its six-week run, making it FX’s highest-rated unscripted program to date,” according to The Hollywood Reporter. Despite the renewal, “[t]he number of episodes ordered and return airdate is still to be determined,” the paper reports.
In his most recent blog entry, Morgan hopes for the show’s renewal and encourages people with ideas to “submit them thru the FX website.” He also adds, “There will be a DVD of season one, but not anytime soon.”
Still need to do follow-up shows along the lines of 30 Days More to see if Joe Christian is still down with the Muslims… assuming that I had seen the show, of course.
