I can choose specific ads to not run based on keywords, but opting out is a lot more difficult than you'd think. I can choose domains to not display ads for, but which domains do I choose? There are likely hundreds of advertisers in Google advertising such items, and I can't blacklist them all; I can filter only 200 domains, and advertisers register domains faster than I can block them.
