The couch is velvet, and appears to have caught the flash in an odd way – it’s not faded or anything. It’s in really good shape, just too big to fit into the new apartment. Stored in my studio under tarps until we find a good home for it.

Custom ordered from Sofas a la Carte about 4 years ago for ~$2000. It’s in great shape, very comfortable, and looks good. Not so likely to fit into basement suites with goofy, tight little entrance hallways with sharp turns.

Asking price $700 for a couch that will easily last another 20 years.
