We don’t care if you’re a cannibal, a serial killer, or some kind of mopey goth freak. All you need to have is a steady income, and be mature enough to deal with the world as if you’re an adult. You must also be capable of cleaning up after yourself to some degree and understand that your roomies aren’t the magical providers of all things dish-soapy and toilet-papery. We’re messy, but we’re relatively CLEAN about it.
Rent’s cheap, and the house is great. First month’s rent is free if you’re willing to help cart all their shit out of the house and cover the costs of changing the locks.
